We had excellent service from Steve, who we first talked to regarding the installation of our gas fire.  Travis and Fran who installed our gas fire were a credit to the company.  They were totally professional, good natured, punctual and provided excellent service.  They couldn't do enough for us, they even offered to vacuum and move our furniture back. The guys from Fireplaces by W-P worked wonders overcoming a stubborn and faulty existing pipe connection, seemingly from the 1930s, in replacing an antiquated gas fireplace. It meant extra work and time but they kept to their original quote.

Had my first fireplace built in my shop. I had little knowledge going into this but Steve was very helpful. He attended my residence before i started framing and ensured project was possible. He helped me every step of the way. Steve told me what i needed to be to code and was able to provide me with all the product, which is second to none. Installers were great. Amazing service for my mom’s older fireplace that suddenly stopped working. The technician Nick was great and went above and beyond to fix an older fireplace and repair issues that were caused by another company. Explained everything he was doing and what it will cost.
